Terms of Service

Street Drop (the "Service") is an AI-powered image compositing service provided by Extory Inc. (the "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Creating an account constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • Service: AI-based image compositing and related features provided by the Company.
  • User: Any person who uses the Service, including registered members and guests.
  • Member: A user who has created an account by providing personal information.
  • Content: Photos, images uploaded by users, and AI- generated composite images produced through the Service.

3. Changes to Terms

  • The Company may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Service.
  • If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion.

4. Service Description

The Company provides the following services:

  • AI-based compositing of user-uploaded portraits into Google Street View scenes
  • Download and sharing of composite images
  • Generation history management per user
  • Other ancillary services as determined by the Company

5. Account Registration

  • Users may register via email/password or Google account.
  • Registering an account constitutes agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • The Company may deny registration or terminate accounts that:
    • Contain false information
    • Impersonate another person
    • Violate these Terms or applicable laws

6. Fees and Usage Limits

  • The Service is provided free of charge, subject to daily usage limits based on account type.
  • Guest users are limited to 1 generation total. Registered users are limited to 5 generations per day. Administrator accounts have no usage limits.
  • The Company may modify usage policies at its discretion and will notify users in advance.

7. User Obligations

Users must not:

  • Upload photos containing other people's faces or bodies without their consent
  • Generate sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive content
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights including copyright, publicity rights, or trademarks
  • Create images intended to defame, harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
  • Use composite images for fraudulent purposes or to spread misinformation
  • Use composite images for political or religious propaganda
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Access the Service through automated means in an abusive manner

8. Content Rights and Use

  • Users retain ownership of the original photos they upload.
  • Rights to AI-generated composite images belong to the user, who may use them for personal purposes.
  • The Company may store and process user content as needed to provide the Service, improve quality, and perform analytics.
  • The Company will not use user content for marketing or share it with third parties without explicit consent.
  • Street View imagery is the property of Google and is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service.

9. Service Modifications and Interruptions

  • The Company may modify the Service's features or operation, with prior notice when feasible.
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, force majeure, system failures, or changes in third-party AI provider policies.
  • If the Service is permanently discontinued, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

10. Termination

  • Users may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, user data will be handled according to the Company's retention policy.
  • The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice for minor violations and immediately for serious breaches.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or other circumstances beyond its control.
  • The Company is not responsible for disputes arising from user- generated composite images. Users bear sole responsibility for their use.
  • The quality of AI-generated images depends on user inputs, and the Company does not guarantee specific results.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court.
